Datapulse firmly aligned to newly announced Avaya integrated roadmap
(Raleigh, NC) - Feb 3, 2010 - leading unified communications (UC) application vendor Datapulse has confirmed it's alignment to Avaya's recently launched product roadmap.
Part of the Mettoni group, Datapulse's product strategy ensures that current Nortel and future Avaya customers have access to a range of software applications and services that will improve and enhance communications throughout their organization.
The Datapulse portfolio of products and services continues to support Nortel customers with a range of UC solutions, including the popular Intuition operator consoles, Progression telephone screen applications, Precision call accounting software and directory and presence integration services. Datapulse will also help customers migrate to the new Avaya Aura portfolio, with these key voice applications being retained through any platform technology transition.
"The new roadmap provides absolute clarity and direction to Avaya and Nortel customers as well as channels and confirms a powerful and exciting portfolio. Datapulse has a parallel product roadmap, to ensure that we give customers access to our complete range of products and services on both CS1000 and ACM infrastructures," said Gary Young, CEO of Mettoni Group. "The great news is that the real winners following Avaya's announcement are customers, who will get more choice, more functionality and access to applications from Datapulse that further leverage their investment in IPT technology."
Datapulse will be sponsoring the Art of Evolution, Global Connect 2010 event on April 18- 22 in Denver, Colorado and exhibiting both Avaya and Nortel applications, including a new SIP operator console.
