Leadership Team
Richard Betts is President of Mettoni Inc and is responsible for operations across North America. He has many years of sales management experience in the Telecommunications industry, having worked in senior management positions within leading vendors such as Ericsson, Mitel and Nortel. Richard has held the positions of Sales Director, General Manager and Managing Director for various group companies. He then relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina to build and lead the North American division of Mettoni.
Alex Black is Chief Technology Officer for Mettoni and leads the strategy, research and development of software products for Datapulse. Alex started his career in aeronautics and then spent 13 years working for Digital (DEC) where he was the Technical Director for the global finance business. Alex then worked in the field of acquisitions prior to forming a strategy consulting business focusing on the then emerging internet market. Alex has held senior strategy and product roles in Logicalis, SNSL/Omnetica and was most recently Strategy Director of Affiniti.
