Mettoni Group expands portfolio by acquiring hosted call management specialists Exxcom
Reading, UK - June 10th 2009 - Unified communications software developer Mettoni has announced the acquisition of hosted telephone call accounting experts Exxcom to further enhance its portfolio of software applications for unified communications systems.
The acquisition follows many years of partnership between Exxcom and Mettoni's subsidiary companies, Arc Solutions and Datapulse, who have been offering Exxcom's hosted call accounting product alongside their existing Precision call logging solution. Both sets of products enable customers to monitor, measure and manage their telecommunications costs and allocate those expenses within their organisation. The move enables the merging of the two products to form a leading edge suite of cost management tools that will be offered as a fully hosted service, a managed solution or customer premise software.
